Jim Gardner
James Gardner (composer/performer) is a musician who specializes in variety. A member of ASCAP, Gardner’s compositions have enjoyed premiers in Boston, New York City, Prague, Amarillo and other cities. Several of his choral works are published by E.C. Schirmer-Galaxy Music Publishers of Boston ; commissioned instrumental and orchestral works are self published.
A native of Amarillo, he holds degrees from the University of North Texas and West Texas A&M University. Post-graduate studies in organ, piano, conducting and vocal coaching was completed under Finn Videro, Ansel Brusilow (UNT), Boris Goldovsky(NYC), and Peter Herman Adler (NYC). Professional positions ranging from Instructor of Jazz to Music Director of Opera have been held at Texas Woman’s University, New England Conservatory of Music, Tufts University, The Julliard School of Music, and West Texas A&M University.
Gardner is currently pianist/keyboardist with the Polk St. Jazz Group and Director of Music Ministries, organist-choirmaster at St. Thomas Catholic Church in Amarillo where he resides with his wife Carol.

Steve Bautista
Born and raised in Amarillo, Steve Bautista submitted to the call of the food industry almost seven years ago.
In that time Steve has worked to different capacities in many of the best restaurants and hotels in Amarillo while building his own personal chef/ catering business.
Today you can find him at the counter of Girasol Cafe and Bakery, has his own catering business, and is the personal chef for an attorney where Steve prepares dinners in the home for his client on a nightly basis.
Steve's passion for food and the ever-challenging industry drives him to go above and beyond for his clients.
